Félix Peña is a specialist in international economic relations, international commercial law and economic integration.
He held positions at INTAL, the IDB, the Argentine Ministry of Foreign Affairs and he was also Undersecretary of Foreign Trade at the Ministry of Economy of Argentina.
He is currently Director of the Institute for International Trade at ICBC Foundation; Director of the Master in International Commercial Relations at the National University of Tres de Febrero (UNTREF); Member of the Executive Committee of the Argentine Council for International Relations (CARI); and Member of the Evian Group Brains Trust.
