Rafael Flórez holds an Administration degree from the Universidad Externado of Colombia. For 12 years he held important positions in the real sector, which gave him a broad vision of the issues faced by companies in different sectors in Colombia. He has been the CEO of LOGYCA / ASSOCIATION (formerly GS1 Colombia) for the last 29 years. LOGYCA is a business association of 23,000 companies from different sectors pioneer in the generation of logistics knowledge in Latin America. Rafael is the founder of the LOGYCA Foundation and of LOGYCA / SERVICES and member of its Board of Directors on behalf of GS1 Colombia. He is a recognized lecturer on issues related to the management of value networks, member of multiple work groups led by GS1 at an international level.
